Elevação do Seio Maxilar

MAXILLARY SINUS LIFT COURSE

Rehabilitation with implants in the posterior maxillary sector is conditioned by the presence of the maxillary sinus. Resorption of the alveolar ridge and/or pneumatization of the maxillary sinus can lead to insufficient ridge height for the placement of dental implants.

The correct diagnosis of the ideal position of the clinical crown in the space to be rehabilitated and its relationship with the alveolar ridge are fundamental for planning the guided bone regeneration to be used.

There are different surgical techniques for maxillary sinus elevation depending on the availability of bone in the alveolar ridge. Different bone graft materials can be used for maxillary sinus elevation.

This course will show different techniques and treatment options for the posterior sector, supported by current scientific evidence.
